Quintet and a THANK YOU

First off, I'm a building contactor, have 15 employees and have been in business for over 26 years. I am constantly telling them that quality of work and customer service is what makes for a continued repeat and referral business. It is what is lacking in my indusrty and in fact many industries. Well, I have to say it it not lacking with PS Audio. I had two problems with two pieces of equipment that were turing themselves off and on. I brought it to the attention of PS Audio and Mr. Barrows quickly jumped on board to get the problems resolved. He sent me, at no charge, a power supply for the Quintet that I installed last night. My system was without the Quintet for about a week. During that week, I was trying to listen to the system and found it irritating. I could not "remember" what the system used to sound like and would not believe that the Quintet was an important part of the sound quality. Let me tell you, after I installed the repaired Quintet, the sound quality, transients, sound stage, etc., etc., were back but seems even better than what I remember.

PS Audio puts out a fantastic product and their customer service is the best I've experienced.
