PS Preamp IV as Phono Preamp - set-up help?

On the advice of a friend, I recently purchased a mint condition PS IV to use strictly as a phono preamp between my Sota Sapphire and my B&K 507 receiver.
Looking for advice on:
1. How to best set up the PS to function strictly as phono preamp.
2. How to fine tune the internal resisters to best match up with my
Fidelity Research FR1 Mk3 low output moving coil. Specs below.
Output @ 5cm/sec : 5 mV. Recommended tracking force : 2 grams. Channel separation : 27dB or better at 1 to 20KHz and -18db at 30KHz. Channel balance : Less than +-1dB @ 1KHz. Compliance : 10 x 10-6 cm/dyne. Weight : 10 grams. Load Impedance : 10 ohms .
Anyone out there familiar enough with this unit to help steer me in the right direction?
