Assuming your understanding of the difference between the two iterations of A100 is correct, I would like to state that the "older" version is a very good 150w amp, for the price. The apparently newer one is better than that: It is an excellent 150w amp regardless of price.Given my power requirements, I can't think of any amp for which I would be willing to exchange it.Coming from someone who has gone through an enormous number of amps over the years, it is the highest compliment I can pay.
