OK, take a deep breath. Relax. All I was ever trying to do is resolve this for you. In my last note I suggested I would contact Rick. I have.

Rick will be contacting you shortly. We are sending Rick a new A100 out of stock. This should be identical to what you have. Rick will confirm based on your pictures and then Rick will make the exchange for you and you should have two identical A100's.
