Will Noise Harvester Reduce Indicated THD on Lady Q?

My new Lady Q has an indicated THD of between 3-4%. The Lady Q is fed by a Power Punch, fed by a Soloist, on a dedicated 20A circuit. I'm wondering if I put a NH on the other Soloist outlet, will the indicated THD be lowered? Thanks.
