Paul-
I certainly appreciate your felt need to find out "...what's going on". I do hope you appreciate that from my perpective, mortality factors aside, the problem arises from issues that are internal to your company as a manufacturing/sales operation, including your relationship to Cullen Circuits.I should not have to pay the penalty for non-communication, awkwardness or other lack of coordination within your organization.Ethically, this should be your problem to solve, not mine.Having a sense of your reputation as a stand up outfit, I hope you agree.
Of course, I don't wish to send both amps to you, as then I would be totally without music during the unguessable recuperation period of my next surgery on the 24th of this month. Would good photos of the interiors serve the purpose? I ask because, with the aid of my wife and son, I have sent Rick such photos so he can see the differences between them.No doubt he has the technical expertise necessary to send you copies ( I don't). I hope this would assist you and he to solve your mutual problem. Please consult with him. No doubt he can precisely describe the differences between the two amps, because he made the first (and better) one.
All I want out of this is what I have paid for: two PS Audio Trio A100 amps for biamping, identical to the first one I bought directly from one of your authorized manufacturing/sales facilities,Cullen Circuits. This seems to me an entirely reasonable expectation on my part because it is the fair, reasonable and honest resolution. I am asking for nothing more or other.PS Audio and Cullen Circuits can then resolve their internal matters internally.
Thank You
Thanks, george
