You always want the PPP on the output - the last thing in the chain - because one of the major benefits of a PPP is the incredibly low impedance it presents to your equipment. The impedance and the ability of the PPP to deliver instantaneous power when needed far exceeds the same for the wall socket. By placing anything in the path of the PPP's output, you can restrict its ability to deliver instantaneous power.
By placing your conditioner before the PPP, you may achieve some befits and then further improvements will be had with the PPP.
Please let us know how this works for you. As you know, the PPP is not a conditioner and its ability to perfect the AC power to your system should be a small miracle for you.
