Aside from the more ins and outs? The amplifier inside. The C-100 uses the more compact and less expensive ICE amp module and the GCC-100 uses the larger and somewhat better sounding ICE module.

The truth is that for the money, the C-100 is the best value going - the sonic differences are minimal between the two but the cost is significantly less.
