Differences in Trio A100 amps

Paul- Three or four weeks ago I purchased an A100 amp from Cullen Curcuits. I am so pleased with it, I decided to buy another, in order to bi-amp.Cullen had no more of the A100s, so I bought one elsewhere. When I opened the case to look inside, I found the new one is slightly different, mostly with respect to a couple of small caps.
My peace of mind needs an explanation, particularly since I am bi-amping.
