This is a pretty confusing situation actually. If your equipment is being powered by the P300 (and it sounds like it is) then the regenerator inside must be working. However, the fact that the wattmeter on the front panel is not working and you hear no differences when switching waveforms is troubeling and suggests you should send it in to us for inspection.
