p300 upgrade... add duet or MWII

Paul, in your opinion what would be a more significant upgrade, going MWII (at MWI now) or adding a duet in front.

also: Do the mods you offer to the p300 include the duet type filter in front? If I go this route am I better of selling the p300 and going for a p500 used and upgrading that down the road?
