Thanks for all of you that answer my question. You guys are very helpful.
Actually, I live in a high rise condominium in Toronto, there are approximately 500 suites in my condo, many residences are using computers at home for their own businesses or pleasure. Furthermore, the area occasionally suffers from power surge. That is the reason I think I might need a Duet/Quintessence between the wall and a PPP to eliminate those nasty noises on my power line.
