Premier into Quintessence

I have already purchased a Power Plant Premier, my dealer in Toronto suggests that in order to achieve an even better result, we should plug the Premier into the Quintessence. I would like to ask Mr. Paul McGowan if this will be the case. A lot of his customers bought the Power Plant Premier and the xStream Premier SC power cord with it, and discovered that there is a huge improvement compare with the stock power cord that comes with the Premier. He also did comparisons with some other PS audio power cords such as the xStream Statement SC power cord, and he found that the xStream Premier SC power cord is a lot better with the Power Plant Premier.
