Good for you and good luck on your first step with PS Audio. I have owned PS Audio equipment in my system(s) over the years for a long, long time, and have found them to be #1 in customer service and support, help, and with great advice and tips. They are far more responsive and supportive than just about any other mfr's product I have owned over the many, many years in this zany quest for the "absolute sound", if you will.
Paul's company is based on the idea that owners are family. Consider yourself one of the family. If you need help, advice, etc. you can always contact Barrows (PS Audio's customer service mgr) via email any time. Barrows' email is barrows@psaudio.com.
When you receive your PPP, give it time to settle in. It will steadily improve your system over a series of a few weeks. Especially if you use the multiwave setting.
Try dffering isolation devices/platforms, etc. for it. I one of mine on a Billy Baggs amp stand with Aurios Pro Isolation Bearings and Tungsten Carbide coupler bearings under it. This one powers all of my analog equipment. The second one is in my rack with Aurios 1.2 bearings under it and powers my digital gear. Both are on multiwave settings.
Believe me when I say, you have not heard your system's performance potential until you have powered it with one or more power plants. They are revelatory in how much they improve everything about your system.
