I wasn't going to get involved in this discussion as I don't think its dignified or justified, but skytag is reshaping the situation to make me seem the villain.

Here are the facts
1. On the 27 Sept I e-mailed PS Audio sales to get confirmation of the warranty period. No reply till late yesterday
2. Paul did reply to 2 other questions on here placed after mine, which left me suspecting I was being ignored.

I am indeed one of those people who's approach to problems is tainted by some very bad experiences in the past. That's unfortunate for me and everyone else.

Paul did eventually respond in a calm non threatening way, for that I commend him.

My biggest compliment in all this, is that I have now placed an order for the PPP. From a stuttering start, I hope this will blossom into a happy relationship. :)
