No, not avoiding just discovering the truth. Sorry for the delay. I have been in the air for about 24 hours and just now getting to emails. I contacted our distributor, Kevin Akam from Signature in the UK. I asked what the deal was and he informed me there is indeed a 3 year warranty on our products, just as there is in the US. So you're fine. Ring either Mark or Kevin and they should handle this. they're good guys.
