Hi Paul

Perhaps I have misjudged the situation, but you seem to be ignoring this question, hoping it will slip off the page. I do this a lot - its called creative avoidance.

I quote from your literature: "if it is right, and you're happy, tell a friend. If it's wrong, and you're unhappy, tell us!"

Perhaps if you are struggling for an answer I will give you some alternatives.

1. The kit made for the UK market, which operates at higher voltages, is less reliable than the kit sold in the US so it does not make good business sense to give the longer warranties.

2. Foreign markets are there to be exploited and need not be treated with the same care and respect as the home market.

3. There is no infrastructure in the UK to support warranty work.

4. You are embarrassed at this anomaly and you are beavering away to put a 3 year warranty in place in the UK.

Several of us are pretty interested in buying PPPs but not if we are to be treated as second class citizens if things go wrong.

Thanks Chris
