First, I recently upgraded my power amp with a pair of Nichicon MUSE caps on the rails. (47 mf/100V) After some delay, I received a set of Elna Silmik II of the same value. Should I stick with the MUSE that are in place or go for the Elnas? Second, I saw a recommendation to bypass the rail fuses with a .1 / 400 volt PP units. That seems harmless enough. Thoughts please.
