The voice coil wire of a loudspeaker is moving in a magnetic flux suspension. Not to mention the self inductance of the coil itself. Totally different from the same wire run linear from amplifier to loudspeaker.
Besides, why would anybody want to use such thin wire to in essence create a "voltage divider" with the speakers? The speaker should see exactly what's coming from the amplifier, not a signal scaled down by something whose impedance is markedly different from the speaker's impedance.
But then again, I guess the most-telling thing to do is try it.
