Just tweek the gains via amplifier volume controls so that they are low enough that the maximum input level from the PC, just falls short of clipping the amps - or overdriving the speakers. (You can also use the power amp input level controls to optimize the "bit use" of the audio interface - and balance the output of the multiple channels.
