The changes in sound due to the effect of makeup fumes on the signal are not described by the most complete and verified form of the Maxwell equations and therefore are not a real factor in the functionality of a sound reproduction system. I reject the notion that makeup fumes have any relation to perceptible changes in equipment output when they are found in small enough quantities to not chemically react with the eqipment under test but still high enough in concentration for nearby listeners to hallucinate.

I tried to put it in terms you are familiar with. I hope it helps.
