My question is, once warm, does the 845 sound more like a Marshall...or a Fender?

Or perhaps it just sounds like whatever little ported plastic cone computer speakers it happens to be attached to? I'm still not exactly sure how one "hears" the amplifier without hearing the loudspeaker..and of course, let me not forget...the wires between them.
BTW, did you see how far back the term Lunatic Fringe (aka subjectivist audiophool) goes? The article is hysterical :-).
