People who love reading about, buying, and owning expensive audio components are some other types of "philes"

maybe "StereoEquipmentPhiles":-
(1)people who enjoy collecting/building/comparing/upgrading audio components, or

(2) little men with big egos trying to impress others with how much money they've spent on their audio equipment, most likely in an effort to compensate for perceived deficiencies in their personal "equipment".

I've submitted this definition to Webster's Dictionary
