Yes we can measure the output of the geophones - not sure about the extremely low temperatures though. We have a high impedance (10Mohm) load our measuring inputs - so we don't effect the voltage. The specs on this Vibration Transducer (GS-11D) seems to be looking for a strain gauge type input conditioner at its 380 Ohm impedance. Notice how load affects the response at resonance - just like a coil loudspeaker.
