Perhaps four or less combinations evaluated over a period on the order of a weekend thus allowing multiple listening windows throughout a day or two.
Four combinations? Good for you if that works. Leaves too many possibilites (missed?) for me. Once I perfect my loudspeaker/room interface as so many Wackophiles have apparently done, then I can obsess on the improvements wrought by silver wires, SET's, photos, jellybeans, etc. as they do.
Iffins you are a herder yourself and thus beyond suggestion, why would you doubt the rest of us?
Au contraire. It is a recognition that I am vulnerable to suggestion as a human, that separates me from "Subjectivists" here and elsewhere. If I attain immunity as they have, then I will "just listen" uncontrolled and hear all the differences/improvements in the world, even when listening to the same thing compared to itself. I'm keeping MD's teleport phone number handy for just that day.
cheers,
AJ
