This is all difficult to verify. I saw somewhere that Stan Ricker was given analog and digital sources for his job of mastering the LPs for Mothership project.Page has remastered (or oversaw the remastering) some Zeppelin material fairly recently - the live DVD set in 2003 (from which the DVD on Mothership is extracted) and the "Unledded" remaster circa 2004, for example. So it's prob safe to say there are "Page remasters" that did not involve Marino.
John Davis at Alchemy Mastering is credited on the notes with mastering the new Mothership CDs and DVD. I saw somewhere that the band members were involved somehow, but who in the hell knows.
That's about all I know about it. BTW the Mothership CDs (but not the DVD) volume level is higher than normal, but the sound is nevertheless very dynamic, full range and liquid, as is the sound of the DVD. YRMV :-)
