I don't like the sound of the compression or boosted highs on those remasters. Crazy. Are you nuts? You can't hear the horrible compression or excessive brightness? Have you had your hearing checked? I'm not being cynical when I say compression and high frequency boosts sound good to people with severe hearing damage. You loose the ability to hear those high frequencies or low level sounds of any frequency.
