I have some of those remasters. They are ear bleeders to say the least. Thank you for saving me the time and effort on this repackage. Indeed, near deaf old rockers have no business getting involved in the listening part of remastering. Compression and boosted high frequencies sound better to people with such severe hearing damage. They aren't compressed? They sure sound compressed.
