I imagine so, as he is not quoting from the article but reprinting it in
its entirety. No-one can do that legally without permission.

It will go up eventually on our site, along with the full text and with
the 1987 repeat of the test with a production amplifier.

Two points to note: 1) the 1985 Challenge was performed with the Carver
driving only the midrange and treble sections of the Infinity speaker,
which had an active woofer section; and 2) Carver was never able to get
a null deeper than 36dB with the production amplifier.
