...that there are a lot of dismissive attitudes exhibited at the Asylums, PHP in particular. A lot COULD be learned given the proper environment. I wish more people, those like yourself, would have greater interest in that prospect. Many times I think people are simply afraid of becoming indoctrinated. Audiophilia is a fascinating pastime, more so than many people have come to terms with IME.
