Hi May,

I do have a couple of questions, to wit..

1. You mentioned that "He could make the sound better or worse, depending on what he did to the telephone!!" Just what WAS he doing to that telephone?

2. When you speak of the test with the speaker system affecting the sound even as more and more of it was pared away, I've got to ask, doesn't a speaker "system" imply that it was within a cabinet? It seems to me that if that were the case that the cabinet would likely have in-band resonances that would easily affect the sound.
