Hi.

You can post whatever funny things you've experienced in Tweaks/DIYforum WITHOUT need to substantiate your sonic findings.

But in PHP, by virtue of its definition, you should come up with some reasonable technical reasoning, or better scientific evidences, to support your sonic findings, or you will be challeged.

I have seen enough those tweaking things posted here without reasonable technical backups which, IMO, should be removed to more appropriate forums, e.g. Tweaks/DIY.
