Human sensory perception does not necessarily depend on DBT, although I would never dispute that there are vast differences in human perception.
So you dare not dismiss that people can see, hear and "perceive" ghosts?
DBT's or any other type of scientific evidence won't be needed there either, as science has not developed sufficiently to detect ghosts, just like audiophile effects.
Hopefully you are not one of those jealous enough to pooh-pooh the superior human perception of those who hear ghosts or are psychic.
Right? Or can you hear both ghosts and tell the future, negating the possibility of envy?
