Please help -- my speakers will not stop breaking in and I fear they are breaking down

Now past the 100 hour point and I still hear break-in -- so how can I direct the drivers to stop beak-in at 100 hours, when they sound absolutely perfect, and never change forever after?

The speakers sounded awful for the first hour and then only gradually moved to perfect at 100 hours.

And I really suffered.

Frank Sinatra sounded like Barry Manilow.

Barry Manilow sounded like Tiny Tim.

And Tiny Tim sounded like my Mother-in-Law

But now after 100 hours break-in continues and I fear the speakers will be back to their original "awful" sound by 200 hours.

By 1000 hours they'll probably be worn out and I'll need new speakers.

I should have known better when the audio salon owner told me the speakers did sound awful right now in the store... but wait until you've used them 100 hours at home.

Well he was right but the 100 hours was just a "sweet spot" point in time that lasted for only one song ... and it's been downhill from there!

Please, Mr. Smarty Pants of Speakers, give me some technical advice.
