If the initial measurement is with cold voice coils, then the post-break in measurement should be the next day, also with cold voice coils.
Otherwise permanent "break-in" changes will be overstated, perhaps by 100%.
Strange thing is that the changes in driver parameters are offsetting, so they have little effect on enclosure design (see Vance Dickason's Speaker Design Cookbook), which cuts down gross design errors by DIY speaker builders that measure with cold voice coils.
