Break in doesn't work that way. When a loudspeaker, or an amplifier, wire, capacitor, you name it, "breaks in" or "burns in", it's always better. Never worse. The process simply doesn't work that way Dick.
Now if it were simply psychological, where a brain is adjusting to the sound over time, that might make some sense.
But in the words of Lord Clark "Kelvin" Johnsen, "Psychology is a Hoax!"
It does not apply to audiophiles. Like it sez in my sig.
