Looking for mixer w/ USB interface

Hi all,
I am looking for a smallish mixer with a USB interface (Firewire would be OK, too).
Four mic inputs and four additional line inputs best fit my needs. Four mic inputs is pretty much a requirement, but I am flexible on the number of line inputs.
I don't need effects or EQ on each channel, but that wouldn't prevent me from buying it.
24 bit A/D on the mic inputs and 24-bit output to the computer are pretty key for me.
US$200-400 range.
So far, I have looked at
Alesis 8USB, but is 16-bit.
Edirol M100FX, but it only has 2 mic inputs.
Tascam US428, but it only has 2 mic inputs.
Mackie Onyx 1220, but the price is a bit too much.
Does anyone have any other suggestions?
