There is a dc blocking electrolytic in the input of the Ashly FET 500 power amp.
Asly is sending me info on how to bypass it.
According to the tech at Ashly, the FET 500 will amplify Dc w/o problem, but speakers dont like it, he he.
He suggested that I leave the output inductor there, but I got a desire to yank it too.
Its only there for really crazy capacitive loads as I understand it, so what the heck ?
Any comments ????
