Can you please recommend a crossover

I need a stereo crossover for my home music/ht system. I need the following features: stereo (2 channel), gain control for both high & low pass, 4th order (24db/octave), decent to good quality build.

I'm not familiar with any of the brands in this category, my first time researching gear from the "music" side of the business. I've stumbled across this unit as an example: Behringer SUPER-X® PRO CX3400. It goes for about $225 and has the features I need.

Is this a good one? Can you guys recommend other makes/models? $200 price range is good.
