help with behringer ep2500

hi Guys,
we have installed in our smaller sanctuary at the church,behringer
ep2500 and ep1500 power amps
the ep2500 powers the house speakers, and it lately has been showing the red peak lights upon turnon and they stay on.
I have checked the connectors both at inputs /speaker outs ,and at the speaker ends and all seems correct
Also, you can turn the gains on the faceplate right down to "00" and the peaks still stay on.
Any ideas of what this could be?
