Soundpipe speakers

Anyone here heard the Soundpipe(waterworks)speakers??
They look like "plumbing",kinda original,but am curious to know if they sound decent,.or more just a curious thing to look at filling the role of a trendy hi-fi patio speaker?
I would consider these for permanent outdoor installation on a 200 acre equestrian facility that my wife and I are about to develop.
So..these would be planted all over the place..in permanent planters, shrubs, near parking and open areas on the grounds near arenas, driveway..etc
curious if anyone else has heard these
