I have owned a pair of these for 2 yrs. I feel that they closely resemble Yamaha NS-10's. Little low end, but if you get the kick and bass sounding good on these, will sound good and defined anywhere. I like these monitors (for there flat response) but the can sometimes make you not so confident. and that is actually what it is all about. for comfort I use a set of dynaudio BM-10's or BM-15's, but these range from $1000 to $2000 a set
