An interconnect is just a fancy word for a cable which connects two components together. And that might be a mic and a mic preamp. The "specs" for such a cable vary, depending on the need. Mic cables generally need to be tougher (due to the abuse) and handle very low level signals with minimal degradation or interference.
Regarding "can I use these as mic cables", you need to know if their wiring conforms to your mics and inputs.
