digital x-over help....?

I am about to purchase a active x-over unit for my diy speaker fun. I am actually looking at digital. Namely the BBE DS26 & 24...any good or crap..? Will be used in highend home system. I have about 350.00 to spend.. used is fine, but would rather go new,,with warranty. If they are all crap, I will just get a Ashly xr series & call it good..I do like the thought of patching to my lap top.. the BBE ds24 & 26 does this.any others..?
