Re: best sounding PRO amps

I'd recommend either MC2 Audio or Bryston.
Brystons are fan-less and pretty much standard kit for a decent studio.
MC2 Audio got a (quiet) fan and better bass; also they cost half as much as Brystons.
At least here in the UK... The MC series is electrically indestructible as a digital control system will roll off the supply voltage if anything should go wrong although it never does.
