I'm afraid you've fallen victim to the hype. The AC power going to your home does so in a balanced configuration until it gets to your home's distribution panel. 99.9% of the trash present on unbalanced 110-0 outlets is generated within the home.

What is the source of these DC voltages?

To the extent that it does, so do the AC transformers in the devices being powered. Luckily, the bandwidth of transformers is extremely wide, otherwise transformer coupled input and output stages wouldn't work very well.

You quotes all appear to be sourced from advertising copy. Yes, balanced power is the best solution to noise on AC lines, but the rest of the quoted material is just so much piffle.
