Usually there's no problem driving an active monitor with an unbalanced signal, you just leave pin 3 from the XLR alone. (positive from the RCA to XLR pin 2 and ground to pin 1, nothing connected to pin 3)
But you better ask the monitor's manufacturer to be sure.
