If all it took was a high powered amp, and a decent woofer or two to make throat rattling bass ...well, there would be more obnoxious soundmen out there than there is today.

Having a mechanism to deliver the waveforms needed at the proper amplitude is only half the equation.

Time alignemnt with mains, placement in the room, proper EQ, tuning the bass drum properly, micing appropriately, aux fed subs, etc. are the other half of that equation.

Presision devices rates the driver at 800w. I don't know if that's the max, continuous, or RMS. Typically, you take RMS power and multiply it by 1.5 to size an amp for proper use.

If it IS max 800, you'll fry it with a CE4000, if you can get enough wall supply.
