My vote goes to the Roland Fantom X8 (88 key/weighted action). They have plug-in modules that are really great. The X8 will take up to 4 plug in expansion modules. If the piano patches already on board arent to your satisfaction, the SRX-02 (Concert Piano) is dedicated to 'the best piano ever', a 'rare European piano'. The SRX-11 (Complete Piano) module has several sampled pianos. This is an excellent module for high quality piano. The SRX-06 (Complete orchestra) is also an excellent module, with samples galore. I find the current Yamaha and Korg offerings to be a bit boring after the Roland sounds. Go to the Roland link below, which should take you to the SRX expansion modules. Select one, and click on the 'Launch product demo' button, where you can 'plug in' a module and hear various samples.
