Where can I get a mic calibrated?

Pro studio recording equipment and music production/industry.

I have a Panasonic condensor mic that I used with ETF to analyze my listening room.
Originally the mic came with a calibration file on a floppy disk. I can no longer find the disk. Can someone recommend a place where I can have the mic re-calibrated? How much should it cost?
